Review content:
I have a 2 year old, a 1 year old and a 9 month old. My kids love this place they have so much fun. But I also have noticed that the employees attitude is really negative. The last time that we went we were leaving and when you leave the employees have to cut the bracelet off. Well my daughters was on her ankle and when the employee cut it off she cut my daughter's leg. So I walked back in to get a band aid and all she could say was "sorry" I thought to myself your employee cut my daughters leg and that is all you can say? Another incident was the same day I was going to get us something to eat, and the same day they were having a party and I asked if we could get a slice of pizza and they told me there was none ready all the pizza that was ready was for the party I would have to wait about 20 min. I was thinking to myself shouldn't they have some ready for the other customers also? Plus one thing that they don't pay attention to is when there are bigger kids in there and they are climbing on the top of the slide and acting like monkeys. They don't even say anything to them and personally I don't think kids like that should be allowed on them because when my 2 and 1 year old are on there they can get hurt by them big kids. Other then that our experience has been OK I think they just need to hire some people that like to be around kids. Not these teenagers out here who have a really bad attitude.
