I went into the Luxury of Leather, a fews weeks ago. First I would like to say, the store atmosphere was remarkable. I had been shopping for a couple of weeks, and just walking into the store in Plano, put me at ease. I was greeted by a young gentleman, and I mean gentleman! His name was John Liles, he explained the whole process in depth, in clear terms, terms I could understand. I had my 87 year old mother with me, he made sure that she was comfortable, and at ease the whole time also. I ended up buying, and spending over my budget, but it was well worth it. The furniture is great! I would send all of my friends there in a heartbeat. If John is a direct reflection of the whole company, you can not go wrong with him. He even came out to my house to take measurements, on his day off!! He fixed my moms power chair also at our house, now I know this was not his job, but he saved us from having to buy her a new one! I wish more of todays youth was like that gentleman. I urge everyone, if you are in need of beautiful, American made, leather furniture, go see John at the Luxury of Leather in Plano, you will be amazed at the results. God Bless!!
