Review content:
The Burgundy Room in the Short North is a fun little place to come with a group of friends. The service seemed to lean a little toward European style the few times I've gone; they give you a little longer to dine and aren't constantly checking up on you. But they're not unavailable.
They serve meals tapas style. Small platters of snacks that make up a meal. Here they are a little more intricate than other tapas bars. For instance, Jerked Mahi Mahi w/ sweet potato pure &habanaro butter sauce. We usually get a bunch of interesting dishes and share. And don't forget about the Wine Flights. They have at least 26 pages of wines to choose from!
As an extra incentive to check it out, they serve Jeni's Fresh Ice cream in their dessert menu. (North Market Jeni's)
