My name is Heather and this response is in regards to the previous review which was brought to my attention from a client of mine. I am writing this to only clear this so that my clients know this was an invalid review and unfortanetely written under false pretences by another person who has maliciously tried to write something untrue about me. After 10 years of experience in aesthetics do hope to "know alot" and pride myself on giving nothing but the best client service to each and every client that comes to me. I pride myself on knowledge and if the worst thing someone could say is that i'm a know it all-I'll take it! Also, the previous complaint unfortanetely was bogus. I had not shared any clients with Cheri yet and not had any clients pay with a gift certificate. I've only had my regulars follow me here and some clients who knew of me from others. This past review is a personal attack to drive business away from this business. Unfortanetely, people do things to try to make themselves feel better but at the end of the day i am proud to be an aesthetician who only cares about the clients needs and not petty differences otherwise. I thank you so far for just reading this and do know that I pride myself on giving nothing but great service and continue to do so. I am a mom who works part time because i love what i do and i couldn't imagine not loving being an aesthetician. So please understand this is only to clear my character and i stand by giving excellent service because i love what i do. Thank you!
