First I am very upset that Laura the facialist is gone and now Adrieene the nail tech is gone. Laura did wonders for my skin. They were the reason and the ONLY reason I continued to go there. Cheri did my hair once and that was the last, never let her touch your hair! I ran into a friend of mine and we started talking about HBS and she told me what really happend, and why my two favorite service providers are no longer there. Cheri should be ashamed of herself, she is causing the bussiness to go down hill and it is rolling down faster each day, I hope she has enough dirt to cover the HUGE hole she is making. I along with other clients are no longer going to continue our buisness there. I have all the faith in the world that Adrieene and Laura are at a much better place in their life now that they are not working for a self centered B! Cheri your buisness is going deep into the ground maybe someone who knows how to treat others with respect should take over cause from what I have witnessed and heard about you you need to take classes on how to talk to the public. You are NOT the best and there are plenty of other places for people to go. I got one of the best haircuts from someone you talked trash about I think you should watch what you say.
Pros: I never have to go in there again!!
