I bought one of those packages they were selling this summer. I thought I would give it a try seeing as how I love the spa. I first got my hand treatment and my facial I upgraded on both, they were outstanding!! Then a few weeks later I got a color and cut, by a guy named Jeff. First he doesnt have his licence, while waiting for my color to set I saw his licence he is just an apprentise which means from what I have been told he is only allowed to wash hair not dye hair. When I asked him what the diff. was he blew me off and gave me some smarta** comment. His wife Cheri tried to have some imput on my hair i guess she doesnt know what she is talking about, My cut is uneven and the color is blotchy what a mess. I had to go to my regular salon for them to fix it. Jeff needs to go back to school and get a licence before you touch anyone elses hair. Jeff and his wife are so rude, they think you should be grateful to be sitting in their chair, please I was greateful to get out of there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Pros: hand treatment and facial, back to my regular stylist
