I am very happy with my new cut and color, but, like the last reviewer, I would also say that the owner needs a lesson in customer service. She was somewhat condescending with her staff and with me. Funny, because the rest of her staff was at least friendly. She was the only one who made me feel like I should be honored to be in her chair. In my mind, they should make me feel that they are honored to have me in their salon.
I do have to recommend the place, though, because their products and services are excellent, and worth the minor disappointment. I don't think it's a big deal to be having a raffle to raise funds for a training seminar for her staff that costs several thousand dollars per person. Don't participate if you find it inappropriate.
