Review content:
At first I was pleased with this company. They did a ton of work on my house that I was remodeling. They were very flexible with me, with timing and payment. The lady in charge was also extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. However, my final cost was always more than the estimate....a lot more. I was told that there were things that made it more expensive that they didn't know about until they started the job. I believed them. Since they did their work, back in the spring, I have had to have almost everything I paid them for, redone. I paid them to put in a "p-trap" under my kitchen sink. I didn't know what one was and believed it had been done. When I got a new kitchen sink the plumber installing it informed me that I had no p-trap. He showed me what one looked like and he was right, there wasn't one. This had been allowing sewage gases into my house with my two children since I had moved in....wonderful. The sink c & l installed leaked constantly and I had to have it redone. This is just the beginning of the list. I don't trust them and would not reccomend them.
