I hav been with AmSouth bank at the downtown brach since 1998 and they have been nothing but helpful. Of course, I have run into a few snags along the way, and they were my fault, but the managers and representatives were always there to give me assistance and advice. When I walk in, they know me by name. One of the managers switched to another location a couple of months back...I went to that location on my way home the other day and she actually remembered me and called me by name. She asked about life and how everything was going. I really like dealing with this bank.
