I attended karaoke night on Saturday May 31st because I knew the karaoke company. BIG HUGE MISTAKE!!! I was not only charged for my order but for another persons $55.00 tab as well. When the charge appeared on my credit card I called and spoke to the manager Michael who said he would take care of it... He never called me back... In three days I called him back and he said it would be taken care of. It's June 18th now and Leann called my father and told him that I have to find the girl (who's tab their bartender charged on my credit card ) and collect the money from her myself... I tried to call her back and she was too busy to come to the phone. I asked for the manager and when Michael got on the phone he told me that they need my credit card info and that Leann would call me back... 3 hours later... no call... What a JOKE!!! They couldn't have called me earlier for my credit card number. They can take the $55.00 that they have STOLEN from me and use it to pay for some customer service training... Their bartender IS A MESS!!!! The waitress RUDE!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD IF YOU VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! As they may charge you for someone else's tab too.

Cons: BEWARE! BAD SERVICE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHARGED ME FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER, I had to seat myself, asked for a dessert menu 2 times, this place is a joke.
