I NEVER WENT TO A JAPANESE RESTAURANT BEFORE IPPEI AND THE IDEA OF SUSHI DID NOT THRILL ME. IPPEI HAS CHANGED ALL THAT. FROM THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN AND THE SERVERS AND OWNER SPENT ALL THE TIME I NEEDED EXPLAINING THE DISHES TO ME, I WAS HOOKED. THE FOOD IS A NEW EXPERIENCE - THE FLAVORS WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING IS FRESH, TOP-QUALITY AND PREPARED PERFECTLY - THEY EVEN HAVE AN AUTHENTIC JAPANESE CHEF. THEY ADD NEW THINGS TO THE MENU ON A REGULAR BASIS . LIVE A LITTLE AND TRY SOMETHING NEW - I'M GLAD I DID.
