Review content:
This is my first review. My wife and I went to Ippei Japanese Bistro several weeks ago in the late afternoon. The ambience and decor were very pleasant. We have been to many sushi restaurants here in phoenix. I like traditional sushi, my wife does not. The menu here was varied enough that we were both able to enjoy the dishes that we each favor. The fish was very fresh and the service excellent as well. I would highly recommend Ippei Japanese Bistro.
