Review content:
I HATE this dealership. Hate isn't a strong enough word. I went to their dealership alone to look at the Toyota Matrix and their small SUV's. I think about 5 salespeople tried to pounce on me. I had my guard up but really wanted to simply test drive cars and was out going to different dealerships.
After I drove both vehicles I decided I didn't want either one but looked at the little sporty Corolla's. It was okay. I was pressured to go in and talk about a trade-in. They were just downright insulting on their first offer for a trade-in and what my "new" payment would be. It was something ridiculous like $600 a month for an economy car.....
I told them no I am leaving now. The man came back two more times with "better" offers and would not give me my keys. I had to stand out and really loudly tell them they were holding me hostage....At this point they were very quick to get me out of there.
I HATE them and no woman should ever fall into their trap.
To top it off the salesman looked like he was going to cry but had the nerve to call me for 3 months about buying that damn Corolla.
