A friend and I were curious about test driving the new Yaris, so we headed down to the dealership. Within seconds a salesperson tracked us down. They had only one Yaris available, but it was a hatchback. We decided to test drive it anyway. The salesman was pretty good about answering questions. He did seem to pressure us a little, but most dealerships are like that. Needless to say we went in, did the test drive, and left. more

As a previous poster, I do not like this dealership at all. The worst thing about this dealership is its location. The dealership is way too small for the volume of cars they posses. I one time went to check out a car I was interested and had a hard time getting anyone to help me out. Maybe, I didn’t look wealthy enough. The showroom and offices of this dealership also need some major renovations; the place is not very welcoming to someone looking to make a long term investment on a vehicle. more

Toyota 4/9/2006

I HATE this dealership. Hate isn't a strong enough word. I went to their dealership alone to look at the Toyota Matrix and their small SUV's. I think about 5 salespeople tried to pounce on me. I had my guard up but really wanted to simply test drive cars and was out going to different dealerships. After I drove both vehicles I decided I didn't want either one but looked at the little sporty Corolla's. It was okay. I was pressured to go in and talk about a trade-in. They were just downright insulting on their first offer for a trade-in and what my "new" payment would be. It was something ridiculous like $600 a month for an economy car..... I told them no I am leaving now. The man came back two more times with "better" offers and would not give me my keys. I had to stand out and really loudly tell them they were holding me hostage....At this point they were very quick to get me out of there. I HATE them and no woman should ever fall into their trap. To top it off the salesman looked like he was going to cry but had the nerve to call me for 3 months about buying that damn Corolla. more
