Businiess name:  Alfred Matthews Cadillac
Review by:  Valerie V.
Review content:
I have never purchased a car from Alfred Matthews, but I have used their body shop. I was involved in a rear end accident, and my car was messed up pretty badly. My car ended up being in their shop for over a month. They could not get the alignment of the trunk and the taillights correct. Even the insurance company came out and looked at the car and agreed. Not having the car for over a month, and having to drive a rental was a real pain in the butt. The rental car was costing me more in gas, then the rental. Some of the staff at Alfred Matthews was polite and courteous, but I seemed to get the one that wasn’t. She would call me and tell me that the car was “as good as it’s going to get.” Which was ridiculous! The car was perfect before the accident, and should be after the accident. Finally her manager had to step in, and they did get the job fixed, after one month!
