I had just met with Eastech when I read the nasty review. I was surprised b/c I was so impressed with them. After further investigating I found out this person had unfounded issues. I spoke with the developers, past homeowners, realtors, Better Business , & even city building officials and found this particular homeowner, Parkwestneighbor, had never had serious claims at all, and there was no other claims at all that were unattended to. Not only with this homeowner but not with any of their other homeowners. Frankly some had some very unfavorable things to say about the person who makes these accusations . Long story short I met again with Eastech, mostly b/c of other homeowner comments and their loyalty to Eastech, They built my Dream Home & my family & I couldn't be happier. I feel bad about the comments from this one person,and want to encourage anyone who is looking to build in Mt. Pleasant, SC to do the research on Eastech. I did and I am so glad. My bank even recommended this builder. Some of my friends,with other builders, had bad experiences. True it is a long process, but I can say I could do it again with Eastech Construction..... No Question.
