I used these guys for a new roof, new windows, and new screen porch and a redo of my master bathroom. I could not be happier with them. Easy to deal with, nice guys in general, excellent work, good price and very neat and clean which was important to me. I highly recommend. I hope to have them back for more work soon. I did extensive research on many builders before I chose Eastech as my builder. I talked to several homeowners and they all had good things to say about this company. I've been in my house for almost a year and other than the usual minor punch-list, there were no problems. Building a house is always stressful but with their expertise and hands-on approach with every step, it's been enjoyable. They are professional, prompt, and went beyond what was expected. I love the quality and details of my house. I would definitely use them again for my next house. more

I had just met with Eastech when I read the nasty review. I was surprised b/c I was so impressed with them. After further investigating I found out this person had unfounded issues. I spoke with the developers, past homeowners, realtors, Better Business , & even city building officials and found this particular homeowner, Parkwestneighbor, had never had serious claims at all, and there was no other claims at all that were unattended to. Not only with this homeowner but not with any of their other homeowners. Frankly some had some very unfavorable things to say about the person who makes these accusations . Long story short I met again with Eastech, mostly b/c of other homeowner comments and their loyalty to Eastech, They built my Dream Home & my family & I couldn't be happier. I feel bad about the comments from this one person,and want to encourage anyone who is looking to build in Mt. Pleasant, SC to do the research on Eastech. I did and I am so glad. My bank even recommended this builder. Some of my friends,with other builders, had bad experiences. True it is a long process, but I can say I could do it again with Eastech Construction..... In our 15 years of buying and building homes, we have never met with such blatant attempts to weasle out of attending to "punchlist" items as we have with Eastech Construction, LLC. Not only was the company cited by the Mt. Pleasant Building Inspector with 21 building violations, but for 10 months they have dilly-dallied around attempting to avoid completing the punchlist. For example, the ARB is requiring them to re-do our landscaping after much negotiation and "weasling" by Eastech. After ignoring our pleas and those of a professional inspector for a structural engineer for 10 months, we learned last Friday that our house needs four more support beams in the attic. Our advice: Avoid these builders at all costs, unless you want to engage in a yearlong (or more) builder battle. Buyer Beware of this Builder!
