Review content:
Great lil craftsman style house. People friendly. Goes down from there. Long story short: sat down, simple hair request that should be done daily...result...after combing out hair-thought maybe she cuts it dry...no I was done with no new change-no haircut..and a hefty pricetag...I was taken aback and even had to ask the girl at register if she charged me for cut as I got none and no that was the cost....gratuity included and still ridiculous. I hate complaining as it makes me so uncomfortable-sucks because I feel let down and was excited for change. For an Aveda Salon and the whole well being spa thing I expected more from it. I feel taken advantage of and will never return and wish I went shopping instead with the wasted money.
Pros: friendly, supposedly massages
Cons: could be cleaner, offer drinks, be more clear about services, more experienced stylists
