Terrible experience, will not use them again.
I scheduled a facial as a surprise gift for my girlfriend.
I reserved an appointment by phone and gave my credit card number. The day before the appointment, I received a confirmation call to my phone number.
I later found out that they CHARGED her for the appointment which was supposed to be a gift. I sent my girlfriend in there for a gift appointment and they charged her. I was furious. It made me look like a cheap loser.
When a man calls a spa salon and makes an appointment for a woman, and gives his credit card number and requests that the confirmation call be made to him, it is not an incredible leap of logic to realize that the appointment is a GIFT. They didn't even bother to ask.
I only found out later that they charged her and then I had to have the charge canceled from her card.
They were not very friendly or helpful.
