Review content:
This review will not make a whole lot sense… despite the fact that Ho Toy is an old dated Chinese restaurant with low quality atmosphere and a not to friendly staff, I’m a regular here. For starters it is very close to where I work, which is a huge plus on cold days. I find the food to be a fairly good quality, though I don’t enjoy the eggrolls and skip them all together. I enjoy all the chicken dishes and even find their shrimp to taste fresh. I like that I can get a whole pot of tea left at my table for .79 cents and simply enjoy my lunch in piece…. Don’t expect great service, I usually have to wave at the server to get refills, but the place serves it’s purpose.
