I tried the new downtown location for lunch. I will not be a returning customer. Service was poor. The wait was way too long for a simple BLT sandwich that somehow they managed to screw up. The sandwich fell apart when you picked it up, it was slathered in mayo, and the tomato slices were so thick, etc. Looking back on the experience I am not even sure it had lettuce on it. How hard is it to make a BLT? I guess my biggest pet peeve was they didn?t serve unsweetened tea. That?s like serving coffee with cream and sugar already in it. What if I don?t want cream & sugar in my coffee? I should have known when I walked in the door and only saw two people in the place during peak lunchtime. I know why now.
