My wife and went twice. The first time it was perhaps the best food we ever ate of course it took 50 minutes to get dinner. We went back on a Sunday and it wasn't a large crowd it took 30 minutes to get drinks, 30minutes to get our check and the owner constantly apoligized about not being able to find good help. My wife went back with a friend and was told it would take an hour to get seated but the resturant wasn't half full. The food is great, the entertainment is great, but the service and customer service is horrible. The owner didn't even comp our drinks (which was just tea) when we complained about the service. We don't plan on going back.
Pros: southern style menu was great
Cons: too long to get your food order and check or drink order
