The Collard Greens will make you mother enviuos. The chicken was good, the cornbread was ok and the sweet tea was average; however, the collard greens were the best in the world. I can't believe that they make collards the old fashioned way. It is obviuos they use fresh greens, ham hocks- yes smoked ham hocks! (I had some in my serving), bacon grease and whatever else you put in greens. It is not simply the taste, but rather the presentation is off the hooK. The greens are served in a minature calphalon pt with handles filled with piping hot greens. A minature pt of greens cost $4 and I would have paid $8. Go for lunch and order greens with a side of cornbread...it will be a real pleasure and a $4 lunch. Pros: The Collard Greens Cons: The location, I live in Galveston
