Visited the Sugar Shack on (August 5) to celebrate my birthday with my fiance. The music was fabulous! The atmosphere was great. The bar was great the drinks was wonderful. But the wait was unacceptable we waited over hour for a table and then had to ask if it was ready. When we were finally seat the wait staff never acknowlege that we at the table after 15 minutes. So we never got to try the food because we did not want to wait another hour for food because the customers around us had been waiting also. The waitstaff was understaffed and unfriendly. I hope you get it together on your service because you lost a customer
