Review content:
Cafe Rio is as popular today as it was when I first ate there five years ago, and I am not surprised. They're food is so good there is always a line to be served, but don't be deterred if it's almost out of the door. The line moves fast, and you almost always see someone you know there so you can pass the time talking to friends and watching the food preparation in the kitchen. My husband loves their burritos served encilada style, and I always get their grilled chicken salad with the tomatillo dressing. The servings are huge, so if you're in a dessert mood, remember to make room for their chocolate flan dessert served with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It is absolutely to die for!
If you're really hungry and don't want to face the lines, call in your order 20 minutes before you get there, and they'll get it ready for you to pick up at the takew out register. Don't forget to get a frequent diner card either, as every 11th meal is free. You'll get there so much faster than you think!
