I'd just moved to a new home that was close to Elwoods Pizza. They sent me a $10 gift certificate in the mail, so I thought I'd try it out to see if I liked it. I took my 4 year old son on a Friday afternoon. The environment was definitely kid friendly, with a lot of families - as well as couples with no children. I ordered a Large pepperoni pizza. I\r
LITERALLY TOOK THEM 30 MINUTES TO COMPLETE OUR ORDER. As if this wasn't bad enough, I had to complain to the cashier to finally get my order expedited. This was after I saw several customers (who'd arrived after me) receive their food orders. They were unapologetic about our long wait time. If only the staff had been a little friendlier, I wouldn't have minded the wait so much. My 4 year old was not happy! The pizza was OK, but nothing to write home about. There are too many other pizza places in Atlanta to waste your time on Elwoods. Try Mellow Mushroom, Fellini's - or even one of the national chains like Wolfgang Pucks or California Pizza Kitchen.
