I live on Ashford Dunwoody--and have access to several pizza parlors within 5 miles of my condo. Napoli, Corner Pizza, Athens, Il Forno, Mellow Mushroom, Ray's, Pizza Hut (gasp), Papa John's, Neighborhood, etc. \r
\r
I will pass all of these--even if I'm on the other side of town--and go get my usual at Elwood's. Listen, I'm from Philly. Born and raised in a city obsessed with great food--especially Italian. Back home, you don't order the franchise type pizza. On every corner are mom and pop/family-owned joints that proudly display their heritage and motto of being ""the best in the neighborhood"". \r
\r
Let me tell you, coming from that level of deliciousness down here and finding Elwood's has been awesome. Elwood's is the REAL NY/Philly style and I won't order from anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience with the staff and I've never waited more than 15 minutes...even on a Saturday night. \r

The only thing that would make this my one stop shop is if they sold cheesesteaks and hoagies, and top notch wings. Although, Jerry's is next door and their hoagies and steaks are killer...fugettabouit!!! Otherwise, Elwood's, you are truly the bomb!! Gotta go, they close at 9pm tonight and I need my weekly fix!
Pros: Pizza is on point
Cons: no wings, hoagies or cheesesteaks
