Review content:
Went to Refresh Day Spa located at Lake Shore Tower, Irvine, CA. Kim who provides nail care service, was rude, vulgar, mouthy and completely unprofessional in every way possible. Kim makes negative, hurtful comments towards other employees/clients in front of other clients within the spa as well as in hearing distance of other employees. This particular spa located within 24 Hour Fitness is NOT a booming business. Each time I have visited there, their is not a steady flow of people coming and going. It is very sparse and with Kim's attitude and behavior, I can understand why! I will do my best to STOP anyone from going there.
As a business owner, my suggestion to the owner of Refresh Day Spa is to bid Kim a quick and final farewell! Her arrogance is unspeakable!
Pros: Could be a great spa without employees like Kim.
Cons: Kim needs to be gone!!
