I went on my birthday (July '08) and had an overall good experience. I got there 10 minutes early, but the esthetician wasn't ready until about 15 minutes past my appointment time. She made up for it though. I got the deep cleansing facial, and it was well worth the wait. The lady at the front desk was very nice, too. She encouraged me to write a review on Goldstar (where I had purchased the service) if I had a positive experience. Another employee, however, LITERALLY said, "But if you didn't, well, you just keep your mouth shut...just kidding." I know she was kidding, but I found it rude, unprofessional and tacky. That was the only negative part of my experience. I won't hold that against the whole spa, but I surely wouldn't want to encounter that person again.
