I happened upon this basement restaurant Under Charlie Goodnight's to find a warm inviting atmosphere that was very comfortable. The menu is simple and elegant and the food was flawless. Everything on the menu is under ten dollars and the waiter told me it changes everyday. I don't think I can get bored with this new little gem in Downtown Raleigh.
Pros: Great food, Relaxed feel, Inexpensive
Cons: hard to find, can get very busy
