I know that there are stereotypes about car salespeople. This place fulfills every one of those stereotypes, and creates a few new ones. From the first moment, and at every turn since, this dealership has been slimey, condescending, dishonest, rude, and irresponsible. They reinvented "the old switcheroo." They insulted and MADE FUN of my husband. They managed to screw up our paperwork 3 times (once for financing, once for registration, and once for title). Then, 5 days before our 30-day temporary registration/plates were about to expire, they called us to say that they forgot to have us sign the correct form, and that they didn't know when they might be able to get our plates. Then, the woman told us we can drive with the expired reg/plates, and they'd cover whatever tickets we might get. She actually suggested that we ILLEGALLY drive our car, because THEY couldn't get their act together. Avoid this place. You will be happy you did.
