I have religiously frequented AVEDA salons in four different large markets over the past ten years and have always been satisfied. MODERN is new, so the atmosphere is well appointed and the staff is very courteous, and the quality was equal to past AVEDA salon experiences, with one exception. I had a simple layering cut and a low/highlight done and the cost was over $300..........OUCH!!! Why so high, I don't know. That is 3X higher than other AVEDA salons in comparable markets. This is my only complaint and I restate that the staff was more than capable and courteous.
Please, don't be discourage by this, they are very nice, but you can get the same or better quality somewhere else for a lot less. I will.
