I know each time I visit a Modern Salon, I will be greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Although the services are top-notch and the employees are so professional, the atmosphere at their Birkdale location is anything but stuffy. When visiting their salon or spa for services, I am always shown where I am to go, they never TELL me. I am always offered a beverage upon my arrival and usually several times during my appointment. I truly feel like they care. Any service I have received (I've had highlights, haircuts, facials, massages and waxing) has been enjoyable enough that I couldn't wait to rebook for another time---which the knowledgable front desk quickly takes care of for me! I can't say enough about this great place.
Pros: They have extensive hours. They open a 8:00 most mornings and close around 9:00 pm.
Cons: Because Birkdale Village is such a popular area, parking may take patience during lunch and dinner hours.
