We tried Little Texas Bistro on the strength of one good review: MISTAKE! My husband decided to splurge a bit (for us) and ordered the ribeye (about $30). It was mostly fat and gristle. When the waiter asked how it was, my husband very nicely and politely told him it was unsatisfactory and in what way. We expected an offer - which didn't materialize - to replace it with another or a different entree. It never came. My husband asked the waiter later if he had had a chance to tell the chef about the meat. The waiter said he had.
Want to guess whether we'll return or recommend the Bistro? I don't think we've had a worse experience at any Austin area restaurant.
