Well I have to say that I was extremly dissapointed with the review left by user "the new topchef" as a one of the Pane e Vino managers & owers, I first have to say that your comment was very negative & slandarous, where do you get off insinuating that members from my mangement staff and or the owners which includes myself, would have even the slightest bit of extra time to leave comments about the restaurant? A concept that I believe in faithfully & created from the ground up beginning in 1987, with my partner Claudio. This restaurant has brought much success to my life, heartache, stress & time away from my family. This being my fourth restaurant bearing the same name as the others, I take every comment seriously & to the heart. I was alerted about your comment from a loyal patron from my restaurant. I don't think you have any idea how the smallest negative comment can or has detered future business from coming into my restaurant. I would have much preferred and accepted if you had an issue with my management staff, service, our food etc. to send a letter personally to the restaurant for my attention, (the owner) and your negative experience would have immediately been rectified.
