Review content:
We've been to Billy's several times and things have progressively gotten worse each time. We've been overcharged, given the wrong order, had our donuts tossed in the bag without paper lining between them, and even gotten stale donuts. The last time I went there was a young girl who was no older than 12 taking my order and ringing me up..without supervision. She's the one who tossed my chocolate glazed donuts in the bag without lining. Then when I got the donuts home, they were stuck in the bag. I would think that a business that wanted to have repeat customers wouldn't have a young child waiting on them.
