The complex is not well maintained. Trash around the dumpsters all the time and highly visible. Office hours are not convenient to anyone who works. No drop box for rent. The water is community pay. I had a studio and only lived in the unit part time for work and my water bill ran more than my home in Houston. Windows are old and leaky. A/C could hardly keep up. Gap under the front door they tried to fix twice and couldn’t. Left or a cold draft in winter. Payed extra for an updated unit. Cabinets had no pulls so they were hard to open. Bath tub was refreshing and it pealed up after a few months. Happy to fix but I had to vacate the apartment for several days. They have pets but don’t enforce a policy of where they do their business. I made a comment to management and they just laughed. Tired of dogging land mines all the time. Very noisy due to bad windows. Upstairs unit and could hear any and all conversations outside like I was standing next to them. Managers happy to help take your money but can’t and won’t do anything to help you. more

We've been to Billy's several times and things have progressively gotten worse each time. We've been overcharged, given the wrong order, had our donuts tossed in the bag without paper lining between them, and even gotten stale donuts. The last time I went there was a young girl who was no older than 12 taking my order and ringing me up..without supervision. She's the one who tossed my chocolate glazed donuts in the bag without lining. Then when I got the donuts home, they were stuck in the bag. I would think that a business that wanted to have repeat customers wouldn't have a young child waiting on them. more
