Review content:
Went to dinner here on Valentine's Day. After we were seated didn't see our server for 15 minutes. Only saw server twice more throughout the entire dinner, and one of those times included when he brought the check. Had to repeatedly ask bussers for drinks, bread, silverware, etc. Took entirely too much time to serve each course considering the fact they had a special occasion menu with limited selections. Felt like we were being held hostage for 2 hours. Food was decent, but not for the price or the service level or the fact that we had to drive all the way to Fountain Hills. I even filled out a comment card with my name, email, phone number with no follow up. Only after I emailed Alchemy through their website did the GM call me. He promised to mail me some sort of gift card for future use, but of course he never sent anything. So the phone conversation was another waste of my time and further reinforced that Alchemy is not what they advertise. They tout themselves as a fine dining establishment, but if you want a true fine dining experience go to Elements at Sanctuary on Camelback. Better food, less expensive, and superior service. Pros: none Cons: horrible service, overpriced
