Review content:
Lebanon is quite a drive for me ~ but I'd read the reviews for Sushi Dogs (correction, it's Sushi Max now and located on West Main Street..or Hwy 70 near the square) and since a friend said "my dinner, my choice" I decided to try it... and decided even if there is no other reason you have to go to Lebanon, it's worth the drive. The sushi is super fresh, presented beautifully and the owners are wonderfully nice and accomodating. Very traditional ~ the lady even bows a little when she waits on you. It was an amazing sushi experience... try the Chiarsa bowl (assortment of sashimis over rice) and if it's near Christmas, stop by the Christmas village home on 109 afterwards. It was gorgeous and worth the small $8 per car drive through fee!!! But please go to Sushi Max...they weren't very busy, I don't take Lebanon to be a town with a lot of sushi fans ~ but this place deserves to be top notch on a sushi fans list! Pros: All of it!! Cons: I couldn't find one!
