Sushi Dogs

Lebanon is quite a drive for me ~ but I'd read the reviews for Sushi Dogs (correction, it's Sushi Max now and located on West Main Street..or Hwy 70 near the square) and since a friend said "my dinner, my choice" I decided to try it... and decided even if there is no other reason you have to go to Lebanon, it's worth the drive. The sushi is super fresh, presented beautifully and the owners are wonderfully nice and accomodating. Very traditional ~ the lady even bows a little when she waits on you. It was an amazing sushi experience... try the Chiarsa bowl (assortment of sashimis over rice) and if it's near Christmas, stop by the Christmas village home on 109 afterwards. It was gorgeous and worth the small $8 per car drive through fee!!! But please go to Sushi Max...they weren't very busy, I don't take Lebanon to be a town with a lot of sushi fans ~ but this place deserves to be top notch on a sushi fans list! Pros: All of it!! Cons: I couldn't find one! more

who would have ever thought there would be a sushi bar in lebanon, tn? and an AWESOME one at that. great atmosphere in a very unique environment. very nice owners. i have been to several sushi places in nashville, but having such a great restaurant in my hometown definitely keeps me from dealing with the bustle of the city. try out sushi dogs.. promise you'll become a sushi lover! This is a great Sushi Bar in an unexpected location -- Lebanon, TN! It's wonderful sushi ... best I've ever had ... and definitely worth the drive. A sushi bar in a Harley shop? I wish I would have thought of that! An incrediable environment, nicest people I have ever met, they really make you feel at home. The Dragon Roll is the best I have EVER had. Pros: High Quality, Made Fresh, LARGE rolls Cons: 30 min drive more
