Review content:
This financial group does not have very good customer service and is basically out to make as much money as possible but at the expense of the customer. I had a very poor experience with this company. The monthly statements they provided for the account was very confusing. When asking the company what various numbers and abbreviations meant they had a hard time explaining and interpreting the information. Eventually it was figured out that they were perpetually shifting money around and charging a fee each time. Shifting the money almost weekly if not more frequently so any profits seen where almost undoubtedly spent on the shifts from one fund to another. I would not put my money back in this institution.
