Sushi Yamaguchi is the best sushi so far!!! We have been to Makino and their sushi was too americanized to be called Sushi. If you like to eat California rolls go to Makino. If you want to experiece the Japanese Culture, Go to Sushi Yamaguchi. This is by far the best we have eaten so far. It takes a while to cook the dinners, so I suggest that you order an appetizer or 2. Staff there is very good at what they do! Price is about $25 per person.
Pros: most authentic Japanese food in Nevada without breaking the bank!!!
Cons: Food is made to order, so it takes about 10 minutes or more per plate.
