As a first time "food critic" I feel compelled to write about our experience and the Sunflower Bistro. Our first stop, the bar...kinda sporty, yet relaxing, the bartender made excellent cocktails. We felt welcome right away. From there we were seated in the main dining room for dinner. Our server, Tanya, was well informed and professional. The portion sizes were enough so that we could enjoy more than one course. Mary and Chris, the hosts, were accomodating and friendly. Courtesy was abundant. Looking forward to our next visit. Emilio's Sunflower Bistro offers an abundant wine list and offers many suggestions to accompany your meal, as well as dessert. My favourite dish from that evening was the Duck Confit and we both were completely taken by the cold mussel appetizer. We loved it!!!
