Review content:
They took me for my appointment 45 minutes late. Then proceeded to make me wait 15-20 minutes between processes even after I said I had an engagement to get to. I was so upset that I was late for the engagement, that I didn't even really get to look at my highlights & cut before leaving the salon. My hair looks horrible, I hate the cut & the color. Some of my roots were not touched up correctly & I am so bummed because this whole thing cost almost $200 with tip! Why did I tip?
