I have been a faithful customer of Salon DeSante for 3 years now and I find the comments of ?msmgw? to be unfair, untrue, misleading and very juvenile. My personal experiences at Salon DeSante have been nothing but exceptional and I have found my stylist to communicate well, deliver what I want, found the customer service to be unsurpassed and the prices are reasonable. Judging from the comments of ?msmgw? this seems to be a fruitless, personal attack on Frank and his salon (FYI?This is not a place to display personal grievances. ) Let me ask you something? Did you communicate with your stylist if you were unsatisfied with the service? And if you were unsatisfied with the so-called lack of cleanliness, why did you stay? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.... Apparently you didn't communicate with your stylist if you had to use this forum as a way of communication.
