Most of the time that I have shopped here, I have found the employees that are working the floor to be cocky and with an attitude that they know more about anything than anyone else does. In addition, I tried to purchase a Tivo box here once, and they would not let me without also buying the Tivo service at the same time. Needless to say, I went right over to Circuit City and purchased the Tivo box with no hassle, and when I told them the story about Best Buy, they actually lowered the cost of the Tivo box. Best Buy is only a place I shop if I am desperate and have no other option.
