best prices on blank dvd's 4/5/2006

i love going to bestbuy cause i can always find the cheapest blank dvd's there. they are alot cheaper than walmart . also they have a very helpful friendly staff on duty. i love looking around at their electronics also. i can always find music cd's there, that i can't seem to find anywhere else. also its a nice big store to browse around in. more

Service is not great here 3/24/2006

Most of the time that I have shopped here, I have found the employees that are working the floor to be cocky and with an attitude that they know more about anything than anyone else does. In addition, I tried to purchase a Tivo box here once, and they would not let me without also buying the Tivo service at the same time. Needless to say, I went right over to Circuit City and purchased the Tivo box with no hassle, and when I told them the story about Best Buy, they actually lowered the cost of the Tivo box. Best Buy is only a place I shop if I am desperate and have no other option. more

Better than expected. 3/21/2006

I've been to Best Buy lots of times and often choose it over Circuit City because Best Buy workers aren't paid on commission and somehow it makes them less irritating. I went here the other day for a TV antenna and surprisingly the guy knew a ton about antennas! He had lots of info and actually led me to buy the less expensive one because he said the more expensive one wouldn't help me. I think that indicates honesty. They have a good selection of electronics and some of the best prices. more

Tons of CD's 3/21/2006

Best Buy is the place we always go for CDs and DVDs. They have so many choices! The staff always helps us when we are having trouble finding something. Their prices are usually a little less expensive than other CD stores around here. They also have a great computer and electronics section. We have gotten 2 TVs from them. more
