Review content:
I called to see if they had a certain instrument available for rental. The person on the phone said yes, they had a couple available. Great I thought and said. I'll be there as soon as possible seeing as I live in Edwardsville and they are inconveniently located in Alton. I get there, after a nightmare drive and gee, they have none. The same guy waited on me that I had talked to. It is extremely evident that he didn't even check to see if they had them in stock after all. **If you call to see if they have something make sure they actually put you on hold to check, that should have been my clue**.
Pros: seems like they have alot of cool stuff
Cons: poor customer service
