I have had the absolute worst home improvement experience of my life. The sales person who was sent to my home had little or no actual knowledge about the product. The owner does the design, but doesn't coordinate with the homeowner as to specifics about the design - and for someone who has been in business since 1999, he makes sophomore mistakes, i.e. unable to open windows in their normal operating manner. The installation was "messy", the installers were not neat and left several holes in the stucco where they made mistakes and had to remove/reinstall. Beware, do not give them a credit card number for the deposit - they will put unauthorized charges on it after they have it. First impressions, they are nice - but beware as they are extremely unethical, unreliable, inefficient, and very poor managers of their business. I have never received a final receipt or certificate to show my insurance company - have been asking for over a month. And, I am now going thru a legal process to collect unauthorized charges they placed on my credit card - please do yourself a favor and use another company.
