Company staff not helpful on the phone, often received uncooperative employees.
After 5 months of waiting for shutters, my supplies we "found" from stock items in the warehouse.
Beware that manufacturer used is in Miami, and is at risk of being hit by a hurricane (as was the case this year) and will postpone orders even further.
When installers came out, office did not communicate with them and so they did not have the equipment needed to install.
Office would not provide paperwork for the shutters (warrently, etc) until bill was paid in full!
Unproffessional business, beware before using!!!!!
